- 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of services entitled: "Development of greenery of urban areas within the green budget of the City of Katowice - part 1"
2. The subject of the contract includes:
1) Task No. 1 (in the basic subject of the contract): Performing a service involving greenery developmenturban areas in six locations indicated in SWZ,
2) Task No. 2 (in the basic subject of the contract) - maintenance and care of the subject of the contract referred to in point 2 point 1) of this chapter - from the day the following after signing the acceptance report No. 1 to November 15, 2025.(i.e. for a period of about 3 months).
3) Task No. 3 (service covered by the right option):
a) Maintenance and care of performed development in the period from 15.04.2026. - 15.10.2026
in the locations indicated in point 2 item 1) of this chapter; in accordance with the attached project and science documentationFor individual locations,
b) the maximum value of the option right - PLN 19,100.00,
c) The Ordering Party makes the exercise of the right of options on financial possibilities, allowing them to be made.
3. The subject of the contract for task No. 1 and Task No. 2 assumes the performance of a service for individual locationsIn accordance with design ranges and published bill of quantities and includes, among others: 1) cleaning and preparation of the area under planting, 2) planting plants, finishing works, 3) assembly of elements of small architecture, 4) care work.
