Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of services entitled: "Development of greenery of urban areas within the green budget of the city of Katowice - part 2"
2. The subject of the contract includes:
1) Task No. 1 (in the basic subject of the order): Performing a service consisting of greenery development urban areas in eight locations indicated in SWZ.
2) Task No. 2 (in the basic subject of the contract) - maintenance and care of the subject of the contract, referred to in point 2 item 1) Chapter IV SWZ - from the next day after signing the acceptance report No. 1 to November 15, 2025. (tj. for about 3 months).
- 15.10.2026 in the locations indicated in SWZ, except for location No. 8; in accordance with the attached project and cost documentation for individual locations,
b) the maximum value of the option of the option - PLN 15,000.00,
c) The Employer makes it possible to exercise the right of options on financial possibilities that allow them to be made.
3. The subject of the contract for task No. 1 and Task No. 2 assumes the performance of the service for individual locations In accordance with design ranges and published bill of quantities and includes, among others: 1) cleaning and preparation of the area under planting, 2) planting plants, finishing works, 3) assembly of small architecture elements, 4) care work.
