Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of services entitled: "Development of greenery of urban areas within the green budget of the city of Katowice - part 4"
2. The subject of the contract includes:
1) Task No. 1 (in the basic subject of the order): Performing a service consisting of greenery development urban areas in six locations indicated in SWZ,
- 15.10.2026 in the locations indicated in SWZ; in accordance with the attached project and cost documentation for individual locations,
b) the maximum value of the option of the option - PLN 21,441.85,
c) The Employer makes it possible to exercise the right of options on financial possibilities that allow them to be made.
3. The subject of the contract for task No. 1 assumes the performance of a service for individual locations in accordance with the scope design and published bill of quantities and includes, among others: 1) cleaning and preparation of the area under planting, 2) dismantling of the surface, 3) assembly of small architecture elements, 4) planting plants, finishing and care works.
4. Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract for task No. 1 Requirements related to its implementation are set out in Annex 1 to SWZ containing projects for individual locations, including: 1) works of works, 2) technical descriptions, 3) technical drawings: PZT and PW, 4) technical specifications for the implementation and acceptance of works.
