Description:
1. The subject of the order includes:
1) successive deliveries of 12 brand new city buses, low-floor, with electric drive, with a total length ranging from 11.5 meters to 12.5 meters, hereinafter referred to as EV12 buses or buses,
2 ) successivedelivery, assembly, connection and first launch of 7 pieces of brand new, mobile, double-station wired chargers with a power greater than or equal to 120 kW (2x60 kW), ensuring the possibility of charging one EV12 bus with a power of 120 kW or two buses simultaneously with a power of 60 kW each, withhereinafter referred to as 120 kW Plug-in chargers or 120 kW chargers,
3) delivery, unloading, assembly, connection and first start-up of 1 piece, brand new, mobile wired charger with a power greater than or equal to 40 kW, ensuring the ability to charge one EV bus with a power of 40 kW, called dalej Plug-in 40kW charger or 40 kW charger,
4) development and implementation at the Ordering Party of a management system for Plug-in 120kW chargers and a 40kW charger, hereinafter referred to as the Charger Operation Monitoring System (hereinafter referred to as "SMPŁ"),
5) warranty service and post-warranty for EV12 buses and 120kW chargersand 40kW charger and training.
