Description:
The subject of the order is the development of design documentation together with the necessary arrangements and permits related to the protection and regeneration of naturally valuable areas and the performance of construction and assembly works based on it, consisting of the installation of small architecture elements and the tidying up of paths. forests, renovation of access roads, hardening of the surface, etc. The Ordering Party recommends that the Contractors carry out a local inspection of the planned investment area in order to obtain any data that may be useful in preparing the offer and implementing the subject of the order. The contractor will provide exercising author's supervision, within the meaning of Art. 20 of the Act of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418) by persons listed in the documentation for each industry as a designer. The Ordering Party, acting in accordance with Art. 100 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law requires that the design and execution of the task were implemented taking into account the principles of universal design and accessibility for people with disabilities referred to in the Act of July 19, 2019 on ensuring accessibility for people with special needs (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1411, as amended). pn.zm.).
