Description:
1 Namysw communes in accordance with Resolution No. 74/IX/24 of the City Council in Namysow of 30 Padziernik 2024 regarding the access to the local preparation plan spatial development for the location of wind farms in the woofing worship of the Namysw commune (Zakznik No. 3). The spatial should be carried out in accordance with the applicable law, and in puppies: a) with the provisions of the Act of 27 March 2003 on planning i spatial development, b) with the provisions of the Act of 20 May 2016 on investments in the field of wind farms, c) with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 17 December 2021 on the required scope of the draft local spatial development plan, D) with the provisions of the Act of 3 Padziernik 2008 on the provision of information on the environment and its protection, the participation of society in the protection of the environment and on the assessment of the environmental impact, e) with the provisions of the Act of 4 March 2010 on information infrastructure space...
