4.1. The subject of the fall is the task of Development of a local spatial development plan for the Kamionka commune for areas located in Obrba Kierzkwka Kolonia and developing a change of the local spatial development plan of the Kamionka commune for land located in Obrba Stanisaww Duy, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 27 March 2003 on spatial planning and development (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130), as in accordance with the provisions of other acts related to the issues of spatial planning and participation in activities related to preparation and adoption local spatial development plan. 4.2. The study applies to Dziaki No. 175 located in Obrb Kierzkwka Kolonia and Department No. 157, 158, 160, 161 located in the Stanisaww Duy.
