Developing a multi -branch and multi -variant concept along with obtaining a final decision about environmental conditions for the section of ul. Kocmyrzowska from the intersection with ul. Boulevard to the Grębałow junction in Krakow implemented by GDDKiA
1. The subject of the contract is the development of a multi -variant and multi -branch concept of expansion of ul. Boulevard to Grębałow junction together with the necessary technical infrastructure and obtaining a final decision on environmental conditions, hereinafter referred to as "Duś".
2. The performance of the subject of the contract has been divided into three stages:
Stage I - development of a multi -variant and multi -branch concept with preparation materials necessary to submit the application and submit an application on behalf of the Ordering Party for a Duś decision confirmed by notifying the competent authority about the initiation of administrative proceedings
on the issue of Duś,
Stage II - obtain a Duś decision with submitting an application for granting this immediate enforceability decision,
Stage III - obtaining the final decision Duś and transferring the final version of the concept for the variant indicated in this decision, in accordance with the scope of the concept.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the scope of the contractor's obligations are specified in attachments to SWZ, including in the planned contractual provisions (PPU), constituting Annex 1 to SWZ and in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex 1 to PPU or...
