Przedmiotem zamwienia jest opracowanie wielobranowej dokumentacji projektowej dla budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego lub kompleksu budynkw mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych z garaami podziemnymi, zagospodarowaniem terenu oraz infrastruktur zewntrzn, zlokalizowanych przy ul. Toszecka in Gliwice at dziakach 658/1, 658/2, 659, 660/2, 661, 657 wraz z penieniem nadzoru autorskiego.Wykonawca realizujcy zamwienie samodzielnie okreli czy dokumentacja projektowa bdzie realizowana jako pojedynczy budynek mieszkalny wielorodzinny czy jako kompleks budynkw mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych.
