- Development of multi-branch documentation and author's supervision on work during the implementation of construction works.
Miodowa 15:
a) execution of the architectural and installation concept- Wing B of Miodowa 15,
b) execution of the architectural and installation concept-the wing of the Miodowa 15 building,
c) execution of the architectural and installation concept-wing and the building Miodowa 15,
II.etap No. 2: Development of the building's design documentation in the field of wings B, C, and in the scope necessary for the purposes of: a) obtaining the permission of the Mazowieckie Voivodship Conservator of Monuments to carry out construction works at the monument entered in the register of monuments; b) obtaining a final building permit; c) obtaining other decisions, permits and arrangements required for implementation of the subject of the contract, including obtaining technical conditions and other required arrangements with city networks.
III.etap No. 3 (Option Law): Performing full -time author's supervision throughout the entire period of implementation of construction works covered by the documentation in question design, conducted on the basis of a separate contract for construction works.
