The subject of the contract is the development of comprehensive, multi -branch design and costing documentation for the investment task entitled "Construction of a building of the District Court in Sosnowiec at ul. Kościelna" together with obtaining a building permit and supervising author's supervision (as part of the option) During the implementation of construction works in accordance with the design and cost documentation performed. 2. Orders The Contractor will be obliged to perform comprehensive, multi -branch design documentation, in BIM technology, for the construction of a building of the District Court in Sosnowiec at ul. Kościelna. 3.
The Employer reserves the right to exercise the right options in the field of authority supervision over the developed documentation from the moment the future contractor of construction works to the construction site
until the date of obtaining the decision after the permit to use. Condition Ordering orders will be awarded by the Employer to the contract for the execution of construction works on the basis of project documentation.
