• 1. The subject of the order is the service of developing design documentation, divided into: parts: 1) PART 1 - Development of the Multi-Sector Concept for the construction of the Pierwoszyn Bypass and design and cost estimate documentation along with obtaining the final decision ZRID 2) PART 2 - Development of a multi-variant concept and feasibility study of the project for the construction of the Kosakowo Central Bypass (COK) and design and cost estimate documentation along with obtaining the final ZRID decision for the selected investment variant 3) PART 3 - Development of the Multi-Sector Concept for the Reconstruction of Szkolna Street and neighboring roads in Pogórze, Kosakowo Commune and design and cost estimate documentation along with obtaining the final ZRID decision. The subject of the order in PART 1 is development a multi-sectoral concept for the construction of the Pierwoszyn Bypass and design and cost estimate documentation along with obtaining the final ZRID decision, divided into basic order and order covered by option rights. Basic order 1) Scope of design work includes tasks: a) construction of a municipal road marked in the Local Spatial Development Plan as road 1.1 KDZ - from ul. Kaszubska to ul. Rumska together with with the construction/reconstruction of these intersections, b) construction of ul. Zielona - from ul. Rumska to ul. Gdyńska together with the construction/reconstruction of these intersections.
