• The subject of the order is to update the land development concept and develop complete design and cost estimate documentation, including all necessary studies, arrangements and documents required for the proper implementation of the investment. The investment is being implemented for the needs of SIM lsk Pnoc Sp. z o. o. with headquarters in Lublic at ul. Paderewskiego 9, 42-700 Lubliniec, within the boundaries of plot no. 8/12, district 0005 Woniki. The scope of the order also includes obtaining, on behalf of the Ordering Party, all required administrative decisions, certificates, opinions and arrangements necessary to prepare and implementation of construction works, in particular enabling obtaining a building permit or effective reporting of construction works in accordance with applicable law.1.
