The subject of the order is the development of a multi-variant concept for the construction of the bypass of the city of Słomniki - divided into the basic scope of the order and the optional scope of the order.
1) Basic scope of the order: The subject of the order is development of a corridor study and a multi-variant concept for the construction of a bypass of the city of Słomniki. This constitutes the basic scope of the order.
2) Optional scope of the order: In addition to the basic scope of the order indicated in point 1, the Ordering Party also provides, within the reserved right, additionally, preparing materials for an environmental decision together with obtaining a decision on environmental conditions and developing a program concept together with an analysis of the real estate market. This is an optional scope of the order.
