Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the acquisition by the Contractor of RGBN satellite imagery with very high spatial resolution and the preparation, on their basis, of a digital orthophotomap in true colors (RGB) and false colors (CIR) with a radiometric resolution of 8 bits per channelhereinafter jointly referred to as the "Orthophotomap", for separate areas with a total area of approx. 43,000 km2.
2. The detailed method of making the Orthophotomap and the detailed description and scope of the Contractor's obligations under the Agreement are indicated in the Description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as: "OPZ"), constitutingym Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter: "PPU") constituting Annex No. 8 to the specification of the terms of the contract (hereinafter: "SWZ").
3. The Ordering Party requires that the performance of the subject of the contract be carried out on the terms and conditions set out in the IPP together with the attachments constituting the Attachmentno. 8 to SWZ - applies to parts 1 and 2 of the contract.
