Description:
4.1 The subject of the contract is the design and implementation of the 2nd stage of the investment called "Development of the water and sports center at 24 Walkrowa Street in Bolesławiec". The purpose of the investment is to create a comprehensive sports and recreation facility. The first stage of the investment covered its scopeCreating a new zone of external recreational pools, water playgrounds, supplemented with a holiday basin.
In the second stage constituting the subject of the contract, it is planned to expand the center, including A:
1) full -size football fields with artificial turf (including one adapted to the requirementsplaying matches for the 3rd football league championship),
2) an event shelter designed to organize various events-cultural, sports,
3) the building of the background of football fields and event shelter containing cloakrooms for players, social and office part and technical rooms,
4)Technical and warehouse building,
5) A complex of water slides with an underground technical chamber and intermediate tank,
6) parking lots for world users and additional parking lots for pool users,
7) beach volleyball courts,
8) Multifunctional field,
9) Field stands for the abovementioned fields,
10)Place intended for food trucks and portable toilets,
11) elements of flood protection,
12) necessary access roads, pedestrian paths, elements of small architecture, grassy beaches.
