- Chapter IV. Description of the subject of the contract
4.1 The subject of the contract is the design and implementation of the second stage of the investment called "Development of the water and sports center at 24 Walkrowa Street in Bolesławiec". The purpose of the investment is to create a comprehensive sports and recreation facility. First The investment stage included the creation of a new zone of external recreational pools, water playgrounds supplemented with a holiday basin.

1) full -size football fields with artificial turf (including one adapted to the requirements of playing matches for the 3rd football league championship),
2) an event shelter intended for the organization of various events - cultural, sports,
3) the building of the background of football fields and an event shelter containing cloakrooms for players, some social and office and technical rooms,
