The subject of the contract is the implementation of services covered by the task entitled Development in the period from July 2025. to 31-12-2026 Selectively collected large -size municipal waste with a code of 20 03 071.1. Development in the period from July 2025. municipal wastelarge -size code 20 03 07, from real estate inhabited and uninhabited from the city of Luboń, as well as collected at the selective collection of municipal waste, implemented by the collection of waste from a location of a midwife in Luboń, transportingwaste to the place of development and their development in accordance with the applicable waste Act in a total amount of approx. 1,500 tonnes.
1.2. The concise description, scope, conditions and method of implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 1 to SWZ and a template of the public procurement contract, constituting,constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
