Brief description of the subject of the order: DEVELOPMENT OF PRE-PROJECT DOCUMENTATION (FEASIBILITY STUDY) FOR USE IN TENDER PROCEEDINGS FOR PROJECTS WITH A LIMITED SCOPE OF IMPLEMENTATION Szybka Kolej Aglomeracyjna Lubuskie Tricity (SKALT)1. The subject of the order is development by the Contractorc pre-design documentation (Feasibility Study) for the project entitled: Fast Agglomeration Railway of the Lubuskie Tri-City. 2. The Feasibility Study is a basic document submitted when applying for EU funding under any operational program, describing the project, and alsothat the justification and feasibility of its implementation in a given variant. The study should properly and accurately provide the Ordering Party and institutions responsible for the implementation of projects financed from public funds in Poland with the basis for making financial and material decisions regarding the implementation of the project.project. The study will be the basic document for the implementation of the entire project, the solutions and the concepts contained therein will become the basis for the development of other documentation elements and stages within the project.
