"Development of project and scoop documentation and exercising author's supervision for the undertaking regarding the renovation of buildings in the team of the Pruszcz-Bagienica railway station", divided into 8 tasks.
1. The contract award procedure is carried out in an open tender mode Based on the "procedure for awarding orders by PKP S.A ..", adopted for use by resolution No. 550 of the Management Board of PKP S.A. of 01/08/2023 (the provisions of the Public Procurement Law does not apply). 2. Type of order: service. 3. The subject development of project and scoop documentation and exercising author's supervision for the project on the renovation of buildings in the Pruszcz - Bagienica railway station team, divided into 8 tasks. 4. The procedure to which this SWZ relates is marked with: KFZ/2025/WNP-018087. Contractors are obliged to rely on the above -mentioned designation in all contacts with the Employer. 5. The contractor may submit an offer, in accordance with its own choice, for one or more part of the order (tasks), among those indicated in Chapter III para. 2 SWZ, in electronic form, prepared in accordance with the requirements set out in SWZ.6. The contracting authority allows you to submit partial offers. 7. The contracting authority does not require a bid bond within the scope of any task. 8. The contracting authority requires the provision of a proper performance of the contract, separately as part of each task. 9. The administrator of the contracting platform is the company EB2B Sp. z o.o., providing support for the service of the Purchasing Platform (admin@eb2b.com.pl; +48 22 428 19 28).
