Description:
The subject of the contract is the implementation of project and cost documentation, including obtaining all the necessary opinions / arrangements / permits / decisions, or confirmation of the lack of grounds for objection to submitting works, and where it is necessary, obtaining a demolition permit for existing vaginal notice, enabling the order and execution of construction works along with the author's supervision over the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of the project documentation being the subject of this contract.
Part I - Development of documentation Design and coster for the task entitled: Construction of a fire visible in forestry Zimna Woda
The subject of the contract for parts I includes the performance of tasks in the form of:
Task I-includes the development of project and skirting documentation for the construction of a vivid fireplace in the area Forestry Zimna Woda together with obtaining a final building permit decision or confirmation of no grounds to object to the submitted construction application. In addition, the documentation should be made to obtain a demolition permit on behalf of and for the contracting authority for the existing noticeable fire protection.
Task II - includes the author's supervision over the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of the project documentation being the subject of this contract.
