The subject of the contract is the development of project-cost documentation, making effective notifications of construction works and building facilities that do not require building permits, obtaining the final decision of the building permit and demolition, permission to remove trees and bushes, permission, permission water law and obtaining other necessary opinions, arrangements, permits, documents required by special provisions and decisions related to the investment process of preparing documentation and obtaining a building permit and construction application for investments entitled: "Development of documentation Design and cost of the helicopter base of the HEMS Medical Rescue Service in Koszalin together with the necessary technical infrastructure and renovation of the access road. "
