KRDKS Description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order includes the development of a project and cost-estimate documentation for the reconstruction of Zbkówka 19 buildings as part of the investment task. Modernization of residential buildings launched with preparatory users. The object of the order will perform the design and cost estimate documentation for construction works including multi-family residential buildings (front building from the outbuilding) together with electrical installations, teletechnical installations (SSP, CCTV, SSWIN, Dealing, A fire scenario with steering matrix), Sanitary (P- PO., Central heating, Technological Carpi, Water-Can., Mechanical and gravity ventilation, Technological air conditioning, Tow heat) and with land development on the plots at ul. Zbkkowska 19 in Warsaw, as well as performing projects of water-can-kan, rainwater, thermal and teletechnical sewage system (Internet, television) with the right to the terrain.
