• The subject of the contract includes:
  1. In the framework of the basic order (hereinafter referred to as: "basic order"), the implementation of project documentation together with the necessary opinions, arrangements and decisions allowing the implementation of the investment entitled Development of project and cost documentation for securityAnti -erosion sliding slopes in the Jeleśnia Forest District, as described by the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ (OPZ),
  2. In the framework of the order covering the option (hereinafter referred to as the "option"), performing author's supervision over the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of
  oThe project documentation referred to in point 1. The Employer will be entitled to submit a statement on using the option or part of it during the duration of the contract for the implementation of the subject of the contract.
  The Ordering Party may not use the option or use the options to the incomplete, and the ContractorsThere will be no claim for the contracting authority in this respect.
  The contracting authority provides for the possibility of using the option provided that the financial resources are secured in the project, a comprehensive project for adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change - low retention and counteractingwater erosion in mountainous areas - continuation "(MRG3), in the amount corresponding to the options launched in the event of awarding the contract for construction works performed based on the design documentation referred to in point 1.implementation ...
