Description:
1. The subject of the fall is the development of project and costing documentation for the construction of an open pool together with companions in the urban reservoir in Zamocie (hereinafter design documentation). 2. The remains, which is mentioned in point 1, will be implemented as part of the investment task under the nameConstruction of the swimming pool along with the infrastructures of the companions at the Municipal Lagoon in Zamocie. 3. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the plait as well as the conditions and guidelines for making the subject of the fall include an affiliate No. 9 to SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the skew (hereinafter Szopz or a detailed description of the subject of the skew),which will also be a closer to the contract after its conclusion and in the draft contract, constituting the above 8 to SWZ.4. The contracting authority requires that the Contractor grant a guarantee for the subject of a minimum period of 3 years (36 months), count from the date of koczec receipt the whole of the subject of the sort by the contracting authority.Note: The warranty period is one of the criterion for evaluation of offers, more in chapter XVIII.
