Description:
1. The procedure for awarding the contract is carried out in an open tender mode on the basis of "Procedure for awarding orders by PKP S.A ...", adopted for use by resolution No. 550 of the Management Board of PKP S.A. of 01.08.2023 (the provisions of the Public Procurement Law does not apply). 2. Type of order: service. 3. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in: 1) developing project and cost and conservation documentation, land development project, architectural and construction and technical (executive) (executive) design of the construction industry, including architectural and construction and installation in the field of sanitary and electrical industries with accompanying services, which the scope was indicated in detail in the description of the subject of the contract for the purpose of implementing the investment (hereinafter referred to as the "study" or interchangeably "documentation") and 2) conducting Author's supervision over the implementation of construction works based on documentation constituting the subject of the contract- for the task entitled " Modernization of the building of the Nowy Sącz City railway station "4.
