Description:
The subject of the contract includes:
1. In the framework of the basic order (hereinafter referred to as: "Basic Order"), the implementation of project -cost documentation together with the necessary opinions, arrangements and decisions of the reconstruction of five culverts will consist in the replacement of culverts from concrete pipes to the culvert from prefabricated arc elements made of galvanized steel in the forestry area of the Ujsoły Forest District, including making all administrative arrangements, with the necessary arrangements of permits and decisions, if required by regulations, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting the attachment nr 1 do SWZ (OPZ),
2. In the framework of the order covering the option (hereinafter referred to as the "option"), performing author's supervision over the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of
