- 1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of preparation of project and cost documentation together with the author's supervision over the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of the project documentation being the subject of this contract.
Subject of the order (each of his parts) includes the performance of II tasks:
A. Talking and - developing project -cost documentation together with obtaining a building permit;
B. Talking II - Performing author's supervision over the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of project documentation being the subject
of this orders.
2) The subject of the contract was divided into two parts
A. Czeszi i-execution of project and cost documentation together with author's supervision covering the task: Construction of a water drawing point
in mushroom forestry.
B. PART II-CONCERTING OF THE PROJECT AND COMPLETATION DOCUMENTATION WITH
with supervision Author's task: Construction of a water drawing point
