The subject of the contract is the development of the project in accordance with the applicable construction law,Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021. on the detailed scope and form of project documentation, technical specifications for the implementation and acceptance of construction works as well as a functional and utility program (project documentation covering the development projectterrain, architectural and construction and technical) for the construction:
• water supply network with connections in Luboń as part of the investment task 3-02-16-117-1-"Luboń-water supply network in Poprzeczna Street with obtaining a final building permit decision by the administrative bodyArchitectural and construction acceptance of the construction or execution of other construction works appropriate for the task (Aquanet S.A.Electronic remains for the contractor's decision) and performing author's supervision in the phase of the implementation of works performed on the basis of documentation constituting the subject of the contract from the date of the contract with the contractor with the Construction Contractor to sign the final acceptance report of these works.
