Development of a project for the construction of: water supply network with connections as part of the investment task: 3-07-19-020-1 - Swarzędz - water supply network in ul. Jettowa in Janikowo and supervising....
Development of the Project in accordance with the applicable Construction Law and the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021. regarding the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program (design documentation, including land development design, architectural and construction design) and technical) for the construction of: water supply network with connections in Janikowo as part of the investment task: 3-07-19-020-1 - Swarzędz - water supply network in ul. Jetowa in Janikowo together with obtaining a final building permit decision ("AQUANET" S.A. allows obtaining a decision building permits in electronic form. It is the Contractor's decision whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form) and the performance of author's supervision during the implementation phase of works performed on the basis of the documentation constituting the Subject of the order from the date conclusion of an agreement with the Contractor of construction works by the date of signing the final acceptance report of these works.
A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is attached as Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.
