- 1. The subject of the fall is the design and modernization of the lighting installation of the Antonio Haluszka pavement in the underground worship of the Wieliczka salt mine, hereinafter referred to as installation 2. Before proceeding to the installation, the contractor is obliged to: 1) the implementation of the installation project and technology of performing works, 2) obtaining on behalf of the ordering permit to perform works lined with a project of the installation, granted by the Conservator of Cracow monuments of the Solne UP (hereinafter as KZKS). 3. The installation is included in: 1) modernization of the RHHI/1.2 switchgear) modernization of the switchgear ROE/H2.3) buildings of the installation of the basic, evacuation and animation, 4) buildings of the installation of single -phase sockets, 5) modernization of the control system.4 As part of the installation, the contractor is obliged: 1) Organized work area, 2) will provide materials necessary for installation, 3) provided machines and devices necessary for the installation, 4) will provide persons with appropriate permissions and qualifications to supervise the installation works, 5) implementation installation work, 6) will perform receiving measurements. 5.
