- The subject of the contract is the development of project documentation to carry out a major renovation and reconstruction of buildings at ul. Płocka 2B and 2C in Warsaw.
The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the principles and conditions described in the planned provisions of the contract and guidelines regarding the development of project documentation, which is an integral part of SWZ.
The offer should contain a quote for all activities necessary to process the order, also those whom the Employer has not foreseen, but are necessary to perform the subject of the contract, according to the applicable recipes.
The purpose of proper preparation of the offer is recommended for the Contractor to make a local vision in the field at its own expense, where the subject of the contract is to be carried out.
The contractor is obliged to have a civil liability policy for the performance of the contract, for a sum of no less than PLN 500,000.00.
The contracting authority provides for a stage implementation with a division of costs for individual stages:
• Stage I - Development of project documentation required for approval by external entities, along with obtaining relevant opinions and approvals,
in the amount of 55 % of the gross value orders,
• Stage II - development of project documentation - detailed (technical projects), and additional studies, in the amount of 20% of the gross value of the order,
• Stage III - development of cost documentation and technical specifications,
in the amount of 15 % of the gross value orders,
