The subject of the contract is to design new acoustic screens for limiting the impact acoustic on the environment of the E-65 Warsaw-Gdynia railway line in locations located on the section from km 4+775 to km 70+550 within the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The goal is to meet the permissible noise levels in the environment in acoustic protected areas, specified in the regulation Minister of the Environment of June 14, 2007 on permissible noise levels in the environment. The need to build screens results from the decision of the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship No. 3/23/PZ.E of June 23, 2023, sign: PZ-Pi-I.7033.19.2021.AC and obtaining the necessary decisions for the purpose implementation of construction works.
