The subject of the order is the execution of full-range and complete design and cost-estimate documentation for the task covered by this procedure. 1) The scope of the documentation includes the development of: a) a construction project including: • a project of development of the investment area, • architectural and construction project, drawn up on current situational and altitude charts in accordance with applicable regulations containing all opinions and arrangements necessary to obtain a notification of construction works not requiring obtaining Permits for the construction or decision of the building permit, c) a technical design to the extent necessary to implement the subject of the contract, including me Detailed construction, technical, material, device visualization, D) Detailed technical specifications for the implementation and receipt of works, which will specify technical parameters and functional requirements of the products used in the project documentation; e) Sequired works; (f) investor cost estimate based on the current price database (eg: Sekacenbud ...
