- 1. The subject of the contract includes the development of project documentation for the construction of the Security Center and the Crisis Magazine in Bialystok at ul. Hotel as part of the "Crisis management in BOF" project together with the author's supervision.
2. In the area covered by the investment (plot No. 97/4, precinct4 - North Starosielce) The local spatial development plan for the part of the Starosielce housing estate in Białystok (region of Elewatorska Street) approved by resolution No. lviii/684/06 of the Białystok City Council of 26.06.2006, changed:
1) by resolution No. LVI/725/10 of the Białystok City Councilof 31.05.2010 regarding the amendment to Resolution No. LVIII/684/06 of the Białystok City Council of 26.06.2006 on the local spatial development plan part of the Starosielce housing estate in Bialystok (region of Elewatorska Street),
2) by resolution No. XXXII/351/12 of the Białystok City Council of24/09/2012 regarding the amendment of the local spatial development plan of part of the Starosielce housing estate in Bialystok (area of Elewatorska Street).
3. Description of the needs of the Ordering Party and the characteristics of the Services constituting the subject of the contract are included in the detailed description of the subject of the contractpresented in the design assumptions, constituting Annex 5 to Opw.
