Description:
The subject of the order is the development in BIM, in accordance with the contract - for Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. - Project documentation for the construction of facilities of the Service Center (CS) on plot No. 1/19 (AM-2, Dziedne precinct) in Wrocław together with obtaining a building permit decision and with original supervision. IN The subject of the subject of the contract is expected to be implemented in the following stages:
- Stage No. 1 - Basic order - Basic documentation: Preparation of output materials for the project, Program and spatial study of facilities of the Website Center and for the internal road system with the Congress/Ami from ul. Iris (plot No. 3), through the 1/20 and/or 1/21 plot, for plot No. 1/19 (AM -2, Department of District) and the road system - road marked in the MPZP with the symbol 4KDL/2 (plot No. 1/20 - existing iris street planned for widening) and a road marked with the symbol 4KDL/1 (plot No. 1/21 - planned - planned - planned road to construction), along the entire length of plot No. 1/19,
- Stage No. 2 - Option No. 1 - Program and spatial concept for:
a) Service Center facilities and for the internal road system with the Congress/AMI
Irysowa (plot No. 3), through the plot 1/20 and/or 1/21, for plot No. 1/19 (AM-2, dedicated precinct);
b) Road system - a road marked in the Public Procurement Law with the 4KDL/2 symbol (plot No. 1/20 - the existing Irysowa street planned for expansion) and a road marked with the symbol 4KDL/1 (plot No. 1/21 - planned road to construction).
