Description:
1. The subject of the fall is the development of project and cost documentation together with the preparation and obtaining of necessary documents provided for in the applicable provisions of the right to obtain consent to the implementation of the investment entitled: Expansion of the road of Pookon on Journal of Laws 1777 1 Wieliczka ul. Light lateral (on the section of the long about 500 m). The documentation should be developed in accordance with the description of the subject of the skew (technical specification) to Stance. 2. The implementation of the polling is subject to Polish law, including in the puppies of the Act of July 7, 1994. Construction Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, d.), Act of April 23, 1964. Civil Code (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1061, 1237, 2025, item 769) and the Act of 11 WROP 2019. Law of the Public Colds (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320 of the north amended). 3.
