Description:
The subject of the contract is the development of a project, in accordance with the applicable construction law, the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021. on the detailed scope and form of project documentation, technical specifications for the implementation and acceptance of construction works and functional and utility program (project documentation covering the land development project, architectural and construction and technical), implemented in connection with the extension of rainfall and splashing waters implemented as part of investment task No. 0-05-22-147-1 Mon.: "Wierzbaka catchment - retention system on the Wierzbak watercourse - expansion of the ZR1 retention reservoir at Homa Street" along with obtaining a final decision of the building permit/ notification of construction works along with obtaining a certificate of a certificate of lack of grounds for an objection to an objection by the administrative body architectural and building acceptance
