- 1. The subject of the contract is:
a) Development and transfer to the Employer complete project documentation for the task entitled "Development of project documentation in the field of renovation of the mucus team and replacement of leaky fittings on ZZU Kutno",
b) obtaining and transferring to the Employer the finalbuilding/demolition permit decision, necessary to carry out construction works based on the developed project documentation or notification of construction works to the competent architectural and construction administration authority and obtaining a certificate of lack of objection in the event of submitting worksconstruction and transfer to the Employer,
c) performing author's supervision during the implementation of construction works, carried out on the basis of the developed project documentation (basic order).
