Description:
The Employer to conduct this proceeding on behalf of and for the benefit of the Treasury is: the Board of Residential Buildings in Suwałki TBS sp.z o.o., ul. Wigierska 32, 16-400 Suwałki.
1. The subject of the contract is to develop the design documentation for the implementation of the renovation of staircases and strings communication in the building at ul. Noniewicza 91 in Suwałki together
with accompanying works.
2. Detailed subject of the contract includes Annex 2 to SWZ - a description of the subject of the contract hereinafter referred to as OPZ.
3. The concise scope of the contractor's obligations is specified in the draft contract constituting an attachment No. 7 to SWZ.
4. Attention to the fact that the documentation developed by the Contractor will be a description of the subject of the contract constituting an attachment to SWZ for the implementation of construction works under the Act of
September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law, the Contractor undertakes to prepare documentation in such a way that it meets all the requirements of the PZP Act.
5. Meeting should be carried out in accordance with:
1) OPZ,
2) by the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on the detailed scope and form of project documentation, technical specifications for the implementation and acceptance of works construction and functional and utility program (Journal of Laws item 2454).
