Development of project documentation for the implementation of the task entitled "Construction of an office building for the needs of the Podkarpackie Customs and Tax Office in Przemyśl as part of the development of infrastructure on plot noand statements, including project documentation for the implementation of the task entitled "Construction of an office building for the needs of PCS in Przemyśl as part of the development of infrastructure on plot No. 230/22", including:
1) guaranteed scope - execution of a multi -branch design concept, containing technical description anddesign design solutions, land development project developed on the map for opinion purposes obtained by the Contractor on its own, throws of all designed floors, roof throw, characteristic cross -sections, in the amount necessary to illustrate the building layout,Views of the facade with the colors applied and elements of the designed and compulsory external interior (official boards, logo, etc.), visualizations of the designed building with land development - at least 4 shots, preliminary patterns of sanitary installations (water and sewage, centralmechanical, SSP system), electrical and low -current;
2) scope under the law of options - implementation of project and cost documentation necessary to conduct the procedure for the procedure to select the contractor of construction works within the meaning of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law(Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320) - further appointed as "PZP", for the investment task in question, based on the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to the contract, along with obtaining permits andzgo ...
