Description:
The subject of the fall includes the development of road documentation of road expansion with the widening of the road lane existing the poviat road, in the field of the construction of the pavement along with the removal of the collision with the existing infrastructure on the designed pavement route, drawing a complete application for a decision on permission to implement a road investment under the ZRID procedure and obtaining, on behalf of the Ordering Party, required by the applicable provisions of opinions, consultation, harmonize, real estate admiration, permits and ultimately permission to implement a road investment on a road investment on the basis of the Act of 10 April 2003 on the particular rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public vibrations (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 311).
