Description of the subject of the contract:
1. Projecting project documentation for the investment task entitled
"Modernization of the tram track together with the necessary infrastructure at Maria Skłodowska-Curie in Toruń."
2. Detailed description of the subject Orders are included in Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.
3. It is planned to partially finance the subject of the contract from the European Union from the Feniks program 2021-2027.
4. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the provisions and applicable Polish standards and the principles of technical knowledge, adopted by the ordering party with the offer and model of the contract.
5. Quality guarantee period - 48 months for the performed subject of the contract calculated from the date of final acceptance.
6. The warranty period - 48 months for the performed subject of the contract from the date of receipt end.
