Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the service within the meaning of art. 7 point 28 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in the development of project documentation together with the author's supervision for the investment project: "Reconstruction of three viaducts along Wulff Street in Bydgoszcz.
The order will be carried out in stages:
1) stage1: Output materials for design,
2) Stage 2: Program and spatial concept,
3) Stage 3: Project information card, environmental impact report, environmental decision,
4) Stage 4: Architectural and construction design (including application for PNB/ZRID),
5) STAGE 5: Obtaining PNB/ZRID decision,
6) stage6: Functional and utility program, issues, cost estimates, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works,
7) Stage 7: Participation in the tender procedure for the implementation of construction works,
8) Stage 8: Author's supervision for the period of investment implementation.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contractand the terms of the performance of the contract were included in the planned provisions of the contract with attachments, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ, including in the description of the subject of the contract together with attachments, constituting Annex 1 to the contract and in the template of the offer form, constituting Annex 2 toSWZ.
3. The landlord does not sets the absolute requirement to conduct a local vision, but suggests conducting it in the interest of the Contractor without the participation of the Employer.
