1. basic order of the order:
the subject of the contract is the development of comprehensive documentationdesign and bicycle infrastructure as part of the investment task entitled "Katowice Bicycle Infrastructure - Supporting sustainable multimodal urban mobility" - connection of the Piotrowice - Ochojec district with the Ligota - Panewniki district on the section from ul. JANKEY to ul. Słupska, onon the basis of a conceptual project, drawn up by the LA Projekt design office in 2024, along with obtaining a decision to permission for the implementation of a road investment.
The main assumption of the investment is to make a bicycle and bicycle connection along Armii Krajowej and Piotrowicka, on the sectionFrom the intersection of Armii Krajowej - Jankego Street to the intersection of Piotrowicka - Poleska - Słupsk streets.investments in the field of public roads, public procurement law and executive acts related to the above -mentioned laws and Polish standards;
