The subject of the contract is:
Wincenty Pola in Bydgoszcz.
The subject of the contract includes, among others:
1) execution of the list/list of studies included in the transferred set project documentation;
2) obtaining a map for design purposes;
3) execution of a construction project in accordance with the local spatial development plan and a study of conditions and directions of spatial development (4 copies in paper, 1 copy in electronic version), along with All arrangements and permits (including acceptance of the proposed network and connections route and obtaining the consent of the landowners for temporary occupation during the task, agreement with ZUD) together with obtaining a final building permit or confirmation of the acceptance of works. The designer may not contain financial obligations on behalf of the Ordering Party.
In the case of plots on which the network is designed and plots of land, which will be necessary to enter the purpose of correctly conducting construction works, the designer is obliged to obtain a statement of the owner, the owner about consent to temporarily occupying the area.
