- The subject of the fall is the development of project and cost documentation regarding the reconstruction of Bonie and Grobli streets in Brzeg. As part of the subject of the Claw, the Contractor is obliged to: perform pre-project works (map update for design celves, inventory of greenery, geological documentation area), developing a design concept presenting road solutions improving movement on a municipal road and presenting it for acceptance of the Ordering Party, developing a construction project for the design solution agreed by the Ordering Employer, obtaining a permit for the implementation tasks, performance of tender materials (predecessors, investor cost estimates, technical specifications of the implementation and acceptance of ROBT), implementation of the target traffic organization project. The seizure scope of the subject of the plait was included in the formula of the contract and description of the subject of the fall, constituting the attachment of 1 to the contract template.
