Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the development of project documentation for the renovation of the historic building and exercising author's supervision over the project for the historic building, the building of the court in the locations of the Paacowo Parkowy complex, Dziaka, marked in the land register No. 1724/2, entered in the register of monuments of the Lublin voivodship, the WZK decision in chemia of 11.07.1995 at the number A/183 sign: Psoz.IV- 6760/17/94.2. The subject of the contract, due to RNY, the type of work performed is divided into 2 separate stages, in which the scope will include: 1) stage I design, including their in a scope, in puppies: a) developing construction documentation, architectural and technical, b) obtaining any approval, ZGD, agreement, opinions, decisions necessary and necessary for proper implementation of design works and construction works, c) developing technical specification execution and receipt of Robt (STWIOR), d) Preparation of Premier Robt, e) Development of investor cost estimates, f) developing information on safety and healthcare in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of June 23, 2003 in Has ...
