Description:
1. The subject of the Order is the development of Design Documentation at the stage of the Program Concept of the Road System (NREAP) connecting the area of the CPK Airport with the public road network. The scope of work includes, among others preparation of the program concept, tender documentation as well as bills of quantities and cost estimatesin investor projects along with obtaining all necessary Design Approvals.
2. The detailed scope of the subject of the Order is included in OPZ.
3. The method of performing the Order has been included in the Draft Agreement.
4. Based on Article. 18 sec. 4 and art. 133 sec. 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Awarding Entity indicates that the followingthe parts of the SWZ are confidential and constitute the company secret of the CPK:
1) VOLUME III OPZ;
2) VOL. IV OPZ;
3) VOLUME V OPZ (with appendices);
the above Confidential Information will be made available in accordance with Chapter III Subchapter III of the SWZ.
