1. General description of the subject of the contract
The subject of the contract is the development of project documentation for the task entitled: "Expansion of DP 2164K in Tropiszow, including lighting, dehydration and pavements" - (project): W, together with obtaining relevantarrangements and administrative decisions enabling the implementation of construction works, including the ZRID decision. The purpose of the task is to develop project documentation, on the basis of which the Employer will be able to conduct a tender procedure and then perform construction works related to the reconstructionand/or the expansion of poviat road No. 2164K together with the construction of the pavement.
The task is located in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, the Krakow poviat, the commune of IgoΕomia-WawrzeΕczyce. The design documentation will be used to determine the scope of works and description of the subject of the contract for the implementation of construction worksBased on the relevant arrangements and administrative decisions enabling the implementation of construction works, including the ZRID decision (Act of 10 April 2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in public roads, Journal of Laws 201, item 201, item 311).
